01 · Focus & adjudication
The honest-state engine

Projects the organism's true epistemic state and ranks where it is weakest: what fails first. Holds the veto that refuses to let the system game its own objective.

02 · Evidence sufficiency
PRESCIENT

Returns the minimal, cost-ranked set of evidence that would move a conclusion to a target verdict, or reports that the verdict is structurally unreachable. It measures sufficiency, not outcome.

03 · Domain capabilities
The portable bundle

Twelve additive capability layers: privacy-preserving joint compute, tamper-evident sealed records, signed cross-party quorum, and domain organs for regulated pipelines. Each carries its own test suite.

04 · Biological assessment
The candidate stack

Assesses drug candidates across eleven biological axes, scoring each from named public data sources. A strong dimension cannot mask a weak one; small samples cannot manufacture certainty.

05 · Preventive early-detect
The critical-slowing layer

Watches measured longitudinal signals for the early warning of a coming shift. Detection only, veto-only, fail-open: if it cannot load, the core is never degraded. Its field efficacy is labeled ignorance, by design.

06 · Governed margin expansion
The 36-node service–cost organ

Enforces Safety then Quality as hard gates, then evaluates Customer Service and Cost inside operator-controlled thresholds. It can block, request swarm evidence, escalate, recommend, or execute only within its configured authority.

Every conclusion sits on an explicit epistemic ladder. There is no rung for a fabricated negative. The system climbs from ignorance toward certainty only as evidence earns it.

The firewall is the invention. Every capability sits in one of three honest states, drawn in the open: proven, unclaimed, or building toward. Naming the state is the discipline.

Unclaimed · a gap we name
  • Field efficacy remains unclaimed. Mechanism is proven by test; live operation supplies validation evidence, but deployment alone does not establish attributable margin or service improvement.
  • One figure, one scope. A measured result carries the domain we measured it in, and we generalize no further.
Building toward · designed for, not yet arrived
  • Post-quantum capability and stress resistance. We architected the engine toward post-quantum operation and adversarial stress resistance. That is a design direction, not a claim of arrival.
  • 21 CFR Part 11 e-signature. We designed and track the e-signature posture toward Part 11. Validation earns certification, so we claim the direction, not the badge.
